Rath Yatra 2016 in Puri will be going to start from the day of Deva SnanaPurnima, when all the three deities Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Goddess Subhadra take a prolonged bath with vivid rituals. After this bath they come into isolation for fifteen days when public worship is not going to be perform.
After fifteen days of Isolation Lords get ready to visit their aunt’s house in their colorful respected chariots, which are going to be pulled by all the devotees till Gundicha temple.
This sacred journey is named as Rath yatra. This splendid chariots are building fresh every year.
