Today it is known to all that, meditation is only solution to all problems of life. So here are few tips for beginners.

Keep a convenient time

When you are planning for meditation then it should be done at your relaxation time. So choose a time when you will not get disturbed and are free to relax and enjoy. Ideal time is sunrise and sunset for your meditation.

Your place should be quiet

Quiet and peaceful surroundings can make your meditation experience more enjoyable and relaxing.

Make a comfortable posture

Postures makes a difference too, so ensure that you are meditating in a relaxed, comfortable posture. Sit straight with your spine erect.Make your shoulders and neck relaxed and eyes closed throughout the process.

Don’t sit with full stomach

Meditation is good with empty stomach. After food you may doze off. But even don’t meditate when you are hungry or else you won’t be able to concentrate.

Must warm-up before meditation

A few warm-ups before meditation will help to improve your blood circulation, removes inertia and restlessness, so that you will feel lighter for meditation.

Take a Few Deep Breaths

Deep breathing in and out while meditating is a good idea. It helps to steady the rhythm of the breath and leads the mind in to a peaceful meditative state.
